Villa SAMBA

Set in Casablanca on Marbella’s Golden Mile, Villa Simba is a contemporary Californian-Mediterranean home built in 2019, just 100 metres from the beach. The villa combines elegant, modern interiors with generous spaces for spending time together and quieter corners to unwind. Cappuccino Café is a five-minute walk away, with Marbella Club also close by.

The villa has four bedroom suites, each with its own bathroom, as well as a guest toilet. The principal suite is on the main floor. Two further suites are upstairs, alongside two terraces with a combined area of 70 m². The basement suite has a Vispring bed, bunk beds and an additional guest bed, and can comfortably accommodate five people. This level also includes a second lounge with leather sofas, a yoga area and an exercise space, with natural light throughout.

Outside, a 50 m² dining and seating area sits beneath a pergola. The saltwater pool features a 16-metre lap-swimming area, a children's area and a shallow lounge area; the maximum depth is 140 cm. A six-person hot tub offers another place to relax.

The villa also features a kitchen, barbecue and fireplace fuelled by natural gas, three 4K Smart TVs, ceiling fans in all bedrooms, underfloor heating above the basement level, and an audio system in the living room and terrace. Covered parking for two vehicles, an EV charger and a 1,000-litre water tank are also provided.
